Stellar OLM to PST Converter is an advanced and reliable e-mail converter that enables the users to convert Outlook for Mac data files (*.OLM files) to their corresponding MS Outlook data files (*.PST files). The software exhibits a simple and user-friendly GUI that makes the conversion process quite easy to perform. Using this software, users need to select the OLM file from the computer, which is intended to convert to its corresponding PST file. In case users do not know the exact location of the OLM file, the software facilitates searching for the OLM files in individual volumes. Once the required OLM file is selected, click the Convert button to start mailbox conversion.
The actual time elapsed in conversion varies with the size of the mailbox. After converting the OLM file to its corresponding PST file, the software generates a tree of the mailbox folders. Users can preview the contents of the mailbox folders in the right pane, when a particular folder containing e-mails it selected in the tree. After watching the preview of the mailbox contents of the OLM file, users can go for conversion of all or selected mailbox folders. To convert only a few selected folders, uncheck the check boxes given in front of other mailbox folders in the tree view. To end up converting the selected OLM file to a PST file, click Save in the software toolbar and select .PST among the available formats, viz. ‘.PST’, ‘.EML’, and ‘.MSG’., and then click OK.
The software facilitates the users to save the converted mailbox data to a new PST file, i.e. either a separate PST for each mailbox or a single PST containing all mailboxes. Alternatively, users can append this data to an already existing PST. For this, users have to select a PST in the given list or browse from the computer. Once the PST file is saved successfully, users can import it into Outlook directly. To save in either ‘.EML’ or ‘.MSG’ format, select the respective format and select a location on the computer to save them.
